Sellco provides consulting and research services as described on this site and through written agreements.

Each engagement is governed by a separate signed service agreement specifying scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines.

2.Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate, timely information and necessary access to enable effective service delivery.

3.Fees and Payment

Fees and payment terms are set forth in the relevant engagement agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are payable within 30 days of issue.

4.Confidentiality

Both parties must keep all confidential, non-public or proprietary information strictly private during and after engagement, except as required by law.

5.Intellectual Property

Sellco retains ownership of all intellectual property, reports, or deliverables until full payment is received, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Pre-existing materials remain property of their original owner.

6.Limitation of Liability

Sellco’s liability for direct losses is limited to the total paid for the relevant services, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct under UAE law.

Sellco shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

7.Termination

Either party may terminate any engagement as defined in the service agreement.

Upon termination, fees are due for all work performed to the date of termination.

8.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by UAE law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9.Amendments

Sellco reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website.
